Four steps, no surprises

Tell us what happened
Call or send a photo. Most of the time a picture and a rough measurement is enough for us to tell you what it needs and roughly what it costs, without a site visit.

We make it safe
If something is broken, that comes first — glass cleared out of the frame and off the floor, and the opening boarded or temporarily glazed so the house is secure the same day.
- 03
Measured and made
We measure on site, because openings are rarely the size anyone thinks. Toughened glass can't be cut after the fact, so the measure has to be right the first time.
- 04
Installed and cleaned up
New glass in, beads and seals renewed rather than reused, old glass taken away. If we found something else worth knowing about, you'll hear about it.

Why Clear Vision
A glazier who tells you when you don’t need one
A lot of what gets called a glass problem isn’t. Sliding doors that need a shoulder are running on collapsed rollers. Windows that won’t lock have a dropped sash. Fogged double glazing needs a new sealed unit, not a new window. None of that needs the expensive job someone else quoted — and we’d rather fit a fifteen-dollar part and keep your number than sell you a door you didn’t need.
What we won’t compromise on is the glass itself. Safety glass goes wherever AS 1288 requires it, not just wherever the old pane happened to be — and a surprising number of older homes around Pakenham, Berwick and the hills have ordinary annealed glass in doors, low windows and bathrooms because it was replaced cheaply at some point.
